HEY EVERYONE!

guess where i am =D

im in sarasota right now, down in florida!
i got a hold of a friend's computer.
Pam, my moms friends daughter has kindly taken us around the city.

its really nice here. first time seeing real palm trees!
but neways i'll write more another time.

cant wait for orlando on wednesday.
i probably wont have access to another computer til i get back, so see/talk to you all then!

i miss toronto.. sooooo much!

its thursday july 22nd!
which means tmr morning im heading over to florida.

i'll be back aug 6.

dunamis, we rock! sooo impressed with our games.
coming from an 0-9 record last yr on slingers..
winning 6 in a row feels gooood.
man, i was happy with 2! right derk? hah.
 
and slingers wooh! theyre doing great too.
lost to oracles by two =P
 
after every game we play we always
have dinner with the team we play.
and the leaders have lunch with the
other leaders before our game.
im so encouraged by the fellowship that goes on within the ccsa
and especially within our team and church.
what spirit rhcbc!
 
last yr i wasnt even sure why i signed up.
i'd never played in my life.
and it proved to be really great.
awesome sport, great spirit, even greater ppl.
 
coming back this yr has topped last yr by far.
ccsa has definitely been an amazing experience.
 
now i get to come back from florida
to play our last game with the judges
then head to the playoffs =D wooohoooo!
who can ask for more!

four more days til i head off to florida!
eek. taking a break from the busy life here
is =/ but also =D
 
im so reluctant to let go of my responsibilities
and things i have to do here in toronto.
softball, bible study leading, retreat handbook stuff,
yubc's site, logos, fellowship, girls vs guys softball game..!!
aaahh theres just so much.
dont wanna think about all that i will miss out on.
 
this is truly a break from stuff.
designing stuff especially.
i feel like im in school sometimes!
so many projects piled on top of each other
and too little time to make them.
 
i guess it'll be good for me to go.
disney world should be fun =)
spending time with my family is a definite plus too.

heading off to second cup at 2 to discuss some business
designing a logo for the cartridge boys.
 
then im heading off to shop at fairview yay.
shopping is the ultimate getaway =)

hm just a few things going around right now.
not too much happening besides the usual..
 
finished my last day today at woodlands
doing the biotherm promo stuff.
im going to miss all those old korean ppl.
theyre soo nice! and just the atmosphere, i liked it alot.
 
also, im heading to florida very soon.
next friday im leaving on a jet plane..
well yeah just some plane.
can't wait to go on my first real vacation!
and even more so, cant wait to go with Will.
 
im thinking of getting a haircut..
im getting so bored of this long asian hair.
takes so lonnnggg to dry it.
and ive been told that it'll turn into a big hairball when it gets a taste of the humidity in florida..
im scared for my precious hair..!!!
 
and some more bad news.
my precious baby, my mac, is in a coma!!
its.. just not working *sniff sniff*
an apple techy said it might be a processor problem o.O
why oh whyyyyy does it have to mine.
stupid york. data integrity. grrrrr *shakes fist*

which means deadlines and projects will have to be postponed
or produced on the crappier, slower pc.. =/

theres one big, packed wkend coming up.
with softball practise tmr +
heading to ashbridges for goldies thing
and then heading up to get bbt with adam + crystal.
havent seen them in ages =D cant wait.
 
and then sunday will be fun!
double headers against united + lumas!
the games are at 4 and 6 at beverly glen (warden and finchish)

DUNAMIS ON FIYAAAA!

holy smokes we played awesome today!
we are 4 - 0?! crazzziness.
the spirit is really pumping too,
the cheers getting better =P

now i really dont wanna head to florida
gonna miss three games >.<

its sooo awesome to see all these rhcbc'ers
coming out and cheering us on,
especially to our most loyal cheerleader of all Will =P
keep it up, its well appreciated!

chariots and seraphs had great spirit too!
good job guys!

for always accomodating for my needs and wants.

for loving me so unconditionally,
even when you're so angry at me that steam is blowing out of your ears.

for driving me to summer school,
occupying yourself with something for three hours
and then driving me home.

for driving me practically everywhere else.

for taking care of me - emotionally, spiritually and financially.

for always sitting patiently and watching my softball games and practises.

for skipping out on your national tournament tmr for me.

for all the little things you take into consideration on a daily basis.

for all your many, many sacrafices you make for me..

a few wks ago i started my promo job w/ zoom media
(now called doubleclutch inc - creatively engaged)
situated at a golfcourse in brampton, woodlands g & cc
just giving our free samples of biotherms new age fitness cream.

its been a good experience.
im taken care of pretty well there.

old, wealthy, white and korean men always offer to get me coffees and drinks.
some of them are also a little dirty.. but thats another story.
all in all though, old golfers are pretty friendly.
they say that i would be able to sell there bc i look korean =P
and bc i've been there a few times already, i have friends, yaaay.

i might consider working at woodlands or another golf course next summer.
if, that is, i dont work at york coordinating something.
but we'll see. who knows where God'll take me next yr.

yay i finally had the time and energy to
make myself a new background and colour scheme.

just in time for the summer =)

anyone wanna make me a cool background for my blogspot?
the designer needs a designer to help her out.
so busy lately, and this place looks like crap!
