yday night was a great success =D
though the food and prices werent the best,
the ppl, the games and the atmosphere made up for it.

thanks to all those who rmb'ed and wished me a happy bday.
and especially to those who came out to dinner last night,
to sit a whole night enduring my games, gotta hand it to u guys heh.

having so many of my friends come out for this one night
makes me feel really blessed and all mushy inside =)

right now im using this pen tablet thingy that a bunch of my friends got me.
it should be pretty useful once i get used to it.
leo is right though - it takes a tad more effort to pick up the pen and use it =P

and i get to go shopping at ikea with my new gift certificate!

i had an awesome day with will yday!
went yum cha with his family,
holy moly almost an hr wait.
headed over to pmall for a little bit.

then went to watch shrek 2, it was so funny!
and i saw her face, now im a believer..
and then we headed dt to qbeach for fireworks,
our normal routine on holidays.

sitting on the sand in the mountain co-op double seater,
with our blanket on top of us keeping warm.
had some great quality time spent with my ogre prince charming.

man, was it ever hard walking the whole day in girly sandals.
how the heck do some girls walk around with them everyday??
simply insanity. madness.

fireworks are really pretty, really extravagant
..but such a waste of money!
who pays for it anyways?? the city?
dont they have better things to spend
thousands upon thousands of dollars on?

i hit my first ccsa homerun yday
at practise during the scrimmage!
muahahahaaa..

i say 'ccsa homerun' bc it was three bases,
but then they overthrew and then i got automatic home =D
lol but its still a homerun!

i dont like the 3 hr time span at night.
i dont like the uncomfortable, plastic chairs.
not to mention the whole table attached to your chair thing.
ugh i need my space!

it comes back with the diagnosis that nothing is wrong with it =T

prior to the nice weather, there had been many incidents
where i came across these single, lonely geese.
just mingling around the sidewalk or on the grass.

one time, i had this goose that was crossing the road!
traffic had to stop for it haha.
or another time they would fly down towards the ground
right in front of ur car hah. like, what the.

oh lonely little geese. why dont they migrate with everyone else?
aww.. poor them. theyre all coming back now so it'll all be fine.
now they'll be LARGE numbers of geese crossing the road, yay.

currently im taking genes, ppl and population
for summer school at york, two nights a wk.
its really boring.. and we have to sit in those dinky chairs
with the table top stuck on. so ur stuck for three hrs!!
cant cross ur legs or move or anything. sucks!!

right now we're covering all these things i've learned in gr 11 bio.
good thing i took it, or else i'd be really lost.

i got this wicked job at york as "academic orientation coordinator"
and i was soooo happy about it cuz its exactly what i want to do -
plan stuff, organize events, lead them, etc.
i love that stuff!!

but i also have this 2.5 wk vacation to florida
that was already planned out way back..
and of course i didnt tell them about it at the interview
so i tell them after i get the job offer =P
and well, it turns out that i cant keep the job
because it requires me to be there the whole time.
grrrrrrr *shakes fists*
i'd much rather stay here and get the awesome job
and not go to florida, but mom would get mad.. >.<

and here and there, ive been applying to places
something about bombay kids but i didnt end up wanting to work there
something about swiss chalet but the york job came about
nothing from demetres boo hah.

so back to the drawing boards..
